deal with a patient presenting to the reception desk with chest pain?

What are the
features of clinical depression presenting in primary care? How do you
assess suicidal ideation? What are the preferred treatments?
Mr Jones comes
to see you with acute dizziness which comes on whenever he moves his head.
He has vomited intermittently for 5 days, and appears worried.
